Coming Autumn 2026: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

Touring Autumn 2026

Revive Theatre is proud to announce our 2026 production of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, based on Mark Haddon’s best-selling novel and winner of seven Olivier Awards.

When a neighbour’s dog is found dead, fifteen-year-old Christopher Boone,  a boy who sees the world in patterns, numbers, and precise detail, sets out to solve the mystery. His investigation leads him on an extraordinary journey that challenges everything he thought he knew about trust, family, and himself.

Following our acclaimed productions of One Man, Two Guvnors and The 39 Steps, Revive Theatre brings this modern classic to life with bold visual storytelling, cinematic design, and an emotionally charged heart.

This new staging blends movement, projection, and live performance to create an experience that’s powerful, funny, and deeply human, reminding us that being different can be the most remarkable thing of all.

The production will tour regional theatres across Dorset and Wiltshire in Autumn 2026, including the Tivoli Theatre (Wimborne) and the Mowlem Theatre (Swanage), with additional venues to be announced soon.
